Sugarbush is a kind of maple tree. Maple leaves are common in the north, they look prettiest in autumn when autumn yellow alternating with deep red colour, decorating the mountains and falling in the lonely coldness. The city of maple forest — the nothern city where dreams linger, where everything starts and where music begins.

About SEDAR
A timeless piece of art has been crafted after continual efforts throughout one-sixth of the century. From Crispt Bite to Mr.H & Mr.H, each track feels like an extension of the previous one. It’s like a never ending overtone, creating endless reminiscences for each audience. You could also choose to listen with your eyes closed and allowing yourself to be immersed in each musical journey. Be prepared for a surprise as you encounter a fragment from the past – the time span of the creative process gives the listeners a chance to revisit past memories. SEDAR Trio
KEYBOARD Qin Sifeng
Composer, producer and director
One of the most well-known keyboardists of contemporary Chinese jazz and rock music. He has either formed or joined a series of bands including GYQ Jazz Band, Unity Lake Jazz Band and Wang Feng Band. Qin received four nominations at the 28th Taiwan Golden Melody Awards in 2017 in his first entry and won “Best Composer in the Performance Category”, ”Best Album in the Performance Category” and ‘ Best Recording Album”, becoming the biggest winner of the Golden Melody Awards in the performance category ever.
GUITAR Xiong Lin
Guitarist
In 1997, Xiong formed the band Transparent as the guitarist and later joined Wang Feng Band and Win Sifeng Band. Artists he cooperated with include Hua Chenyu, Li Yuchun, Gao Xiaosong, Xie Anqi, Dick and Cowboy, Sha Baoliang. His past performances include Shanghai JZ Music Festival, Beijing Jiumen International Jazz Festival, Blue Note Beijing and Tongliang Jazz Week. His representative recorded music include Xiaoxia, SEDAR and Guan Zhe’s Strange Hat.
BASS Zhao Haocheng
Bass, Producer and recording engineer
Graduated from Shenyang Conservatory of Music, Zhao has played and recorded more than 100 artists’ records. He joined Laolang Band as a bassist in 2007 and has remained active. Zhao was the appointed as the live bassist for various TV productions including “I Am A Singer”, “Super Boy”, “Come Sing With Me” and “Hunan TV New Year Concert”. Artists he has cooperated with include He Jie, Ma Tiao, Ye Pei, Li Yuchun, Gao Xiaosong, Pu Shu, Xu Song. Representative recorded music: Wang Feng – River, Born with Uncertaintiy, Xiaoxia, Guanzhe- Strange Hat.
