Sound Healing Training • Nov 14–15 in Shekou

Sound is something we all experience. But learning to create with sound opens an entirely different relationship with it.

From the first vibration of a singing bowl to the art of weaving sounds into a meaningful journey, there is a world to discover through listening, practice, and presence.

The Art of Sound is an invitation to move beyond experiencing sound healing and begin learning the art of creating it.

Over two afternoons, we will explore the foundations of sound healing through crystal and metal singing bowls, developing the technical skills, musical understanding, and confidence to create meaningful sound experiences.

Whether you are completely new to sound or already working in the wellness space, this training offers a place to begin, explore, and deepen your practice.

No previous experience or instruments required for Level 1. Because learning sound is not only about understanding it. It is about experiencing it.

Meet Your Trainer: Raissa

Raissa_Headshot.jpg

As the founder of The Garden, I've had the opportunity to explore sound through personal practice, individual sessions, group sound baths, and immersive experiences.

Through these experiences, I've come to appreciate that sound is both an art and a practice of deep listening.

My approach brings together technical understanding, embodied awareness, creativity, and an openness to both ancient wisdom and modern scientific perspectives.

With The Art of Sound, I hope to share not only the techniques of playing singing bowls, but also the curiosity, sensitivity, and confidence that allow each person to develop their own relationship with sound.

Because every sound journey begins with listening.
