As the only authentic tango organization founded and operated by a native Argentine, to celebrate this Mid-autumn Festival and National Day holiday, Tango Argentino Shenzhen is proud to present you "PEÑA × MILONGA" the first time ever in China, with our dear friends dated a decade, the Argentine folklore dance maestros Ivana Garnica & Gerardo Molina! Double holidays, double festival celebration, two dance experiences, two workshops, double the fun! Schedule: 16:00–19:00 | Peña Empanada Workshop:Join our maestros to craft your own empanadas from scratch. You’ll fold and fill, and we'll slide them into the oven. Chacarera Workshop: While they bake, learn chacarera with our maestros and enjoy the party. It's an Argentina’s joyful folk dance. Beginner-friendly, no prior experience needed, genuine neighbourhood-style peña vibe. 19:00–22:00 | Milonga As dusk settles, the salon shifts to classic tango. This is a true milonga: dance to tango orchestras, connect with fellow dancers, and enjoy the social magic of salon tango. Both seasoned tangueros and curious newcomers are welcome on the floor. One day, two sides of Argentine traditional culture: rural folk peña and intimate salon tango.
