One of the first and most impactful craft beer festivals in China
The Electric City Festival aka “Shenzhen Craft Beer Fest”, was founded in 2015 by Bionic Brew, and is called this because it was the first festival in Shenzhen that focused exclusively on local Chinese craft beer.
In 2018 we decided to go with the name “Electric City Festival” to honor the city of Shenzhen for it’s fast paced lifestyle, meteoric growth, and it’s special place as the world’s high tech capital, also for the idea that our festival is serving the purpose of connecting our original local forces, thus recharging the city.
