Recently, the German Chamber of Commerce in China has published the results of a Flash Survey which indicates that German companies’ business sentiment towards China post-COVID is not as optimistic as initially hoped. In the current economic situation, companies are facing many challenges. To ensure survival and stable development, many companies are subject to reducing cost and enhancing efficiency.
As for the human resources management department, HR managers are required to continuously optimize personnel structure, improving work efficiency, reducing human resources management costs, and so on. Furthermore, helping the enterprise better manage teams and task allocations by introducing new technologies and digital tools, are also becoming the hot issues for HR managers.
