TakeOut Comedy’s Friday Night Comedy in Shenzhen @ The Flames – Nanshan

TakeOut Comedy is ready to bring you the fun this year starting things off with their Stand-up Comedy Showcase happening on Friday, January 5th in Sea World! Come join the fun with this awesome lineup of comics from all over the world!
Whether you’ve seen these comics perform before at open mic or some other event, the Stand-up Comedy Showcases are a place for regular performers in the Shenzhen scene to show off their goods in front of their weekend night audiences.
Let’s see who is on this show’s lineup:
Taf Kadere
For the last few years, Taf has been performing comedy in and around Shenzhen. As his experience grows, so does his travels for comedy! Taf is a solid act for both foreigner and local Chinese crowds with his playful interactions and banter.
Tom Davidson
New to the Shenzhen scene but not to comedy! Tom just arrived into Shenzhen a couple months back but has already hit the ground running! Get ready to see a lot more Tom as he’s now a one of our regular performers at TakeOut Comedy! Come see what Tom has got for the night!
Rich Jones
One of our Shenzhen regular comics for the past few years, Rich is the bright smiled gentleman who loves to poke fun at himself and his observations as a foreigner in China. His material is relatable to many different people which brings an amazingly fun atmosphere during his time on stage!
Aaron Blake
This soft-spoken Englishman may seem a little shy, but based on his comedy material, he is anything but! He started comedy about a year ago and has already built an amazing repertoire of material that he constantly hits the crowds with any chance he gets. While some of his jokes will be ok to tell grandma, Aaron can also spin that completely around! His charm and politeness lures his audiences into his stories (probably all of the true) and then the real fun begins!
Steven Kukin
This very large Serbian has been making a splash in the English stand-up comedy markets nation wide for the past several years. Starting out like many others in Shenzhen, he is now one of the most recognizable faces hitting to hit the stage here in southern China. He has a great mix of light hearted jokes as well as darker humor, something for everyone! We look forward to seeing what he has in store for us on Friday night!
Mr. Ryan – Host
Mr. Ryan is your regular host at TakeOut Comedy in China as well as other public events scattered across Guangdong. Whether it’s a small crowd of a few people or a room filled with several hundred, Mr. Ryan knows how to bring the room together, keeping a good, fun pace throughout the entire evening. He is always excited to get the chance to interact with audiences from his time on stage.
