Jazz harmonica player, self-taught jazz harmonica in 2015, professional harmonica player, good at playing funk, fusion, Latin, jazz, pop and other music styles, one of the few jazz harmonica players in China. Held many personal concerts in Chengdu.
In September 2018, he was invited to participate in the Simple Life Music Festival. In May 2019, he prepared the “Apollo on the Boardwalk” jazz animation concert, which received enthusiastic response. In August 2019, he formed the Blue Friday Quartet with local professional jazz musicians in Chengdu. The jazz bar performed a special performance. At the same time, he also served as the bass player in the Chengdu Thermal Club Gypsy Jazz Band, and performed in the Oak nose jazz bar.

Zhang Yiwei, graduated from Northeast Normal University with a Bachelor of History. During the school period, he won the principal’s scholarship and Mingde scholarship. He studied saxophone with Liu Ping, Wang Liping, Yu Zhenhai, Chen Weiqiang and Nathaniel Gao successively. Won the Silver Award in the Eighth National (2008) Dandelion Youth Art Competition. He once studied at the Beijing Modern Music Academy, where he served as the CMA jazz big band Tenor 1, and won the 10th Perizzaro Scholarship with the third place, and also received the guidance of Su Chang. He has performed in Beijing Jianghu, Jiuxiao, Shishi Records, Blue Note, DDC, The Bricks, Tokyo Lounge, fRUITY SPACE, etc. In “Summer of the Band 2” as a mosaic band musician. Participated in the recording of Ma Siwei’s “Dark Horse Symphony Season”. He has also participated in large-scale events and performances such as Beijing International Drummer Festival, Shenzhen Percussion Music Festival, Taihu National Center for the Performing Arts Weekly Concert, and Taihu Jazz and Starry Sky Music Festival.

Wang Tianxiao, a young jazz guitarist, is currently studying at The New School in New York. Song Shaowei is the bassist of the band “5O’CLOCK”. Bassist in the “Ray trio” jazz trio. Bassist of the “Shaofeng Plain” jazz quartet, a bass major student of the Music Performance Department of the Jinzhong Conservatory of Music, Shenzhen University , learning bass, improvisation and ensemble from bass player Wang Xubo at school. He once studied cello with Wang Zhen, chief cellist of Shenzhen Philharmonic Orchestra, and studied cello and classical music with Associate Professor Wang Rui. Now active in various jazz live performances and jam session activities in Shenzhen, communicating and learning with Shenzhen jazz musicians.

Young jazz pianist, professional musician, graduated from Composition Department of Wuhan Conservatory of Music in 2014, majoring in composition. With 24 years of piano playing experience and more than ten years of jazz piano playing experience, he has participated in concerts in Shanghai Concert Hall, Shenzhen Poly Theater and other places as a jazz pianist many times, and has performed personal works and has been unanimously recognized In 2019, he won the runner-up in the jazz master music competition. In 2020, he appeared on Jiangsu Satellite TV’s “One Stop to the End” program to play the piano. Liang Shengping, who majored in the Department of Music Performance, Popular Instrumental Drums, Shenzhen University, studied drums from jazz drummer Zhan Minghui and jazz ensemble from jazz player Wang Xubo. Has its own band 5 O´Clock, and opened a jazz quartet special with “Small Wind Plain”. He has participated in various large-scale performances such as reverberation music festival and school music week .
Jazz Drum｜Jiyue Huang
Huang Jiyue
He started playing drums at an early age, under the tutelage of Zhang Ming, the drummer of the Dada Band, and Zhao Lang, a teacher at the MI Conservatory of Music in the United States, and then studied traditional jazz with Neal Smith and contemporary jazz with Noah Preminger. Has an in-depth study of Brian Blade’s playing techniques.
As a bandleader, he invited pianist Anastassiya Petrova to perform on the same stage, and as a sideman, he participated in the performance of Berkeley piano professor Kevin Harris.
After graduating from the Conservatory of Music, he began to study jazz in depth. The recorded performance videos received praise and encouragement from jazz musicians such as Ben Wendel, Gilad Hekselman, Kenny Barron, Herbie Hancock, and Steve Jordan on ins and YouTube. In 2022, he will be admitted to Prince Claus Conservatory of Music, NEC, Longy Conservatory of Music, and New York City College, and will receive a half scholarship from NEC and a two-thirds scholarship from Longy Conservatory of Music.
He has performed at Shenzhen Fringe Music Festival, Chengdu Jazz Festival, Shenzhen Percussion Music Festival, Shenzhen Concert Hall, etc. He performed charity performances in solidarity with Afghan refugees with the symphony orchestra at Cambridge first church in Boston, and performed his own works on behalf of the school many times.

Started to learn drums at the age of five and has been learning drums with Mr. Tang Jianbo since 2015. He has won the children’s group and the youth group championship of the Midi National Band Competition; the 2018 Asia Pacific Drummer Competition Youth Group champion; the 2019 Beijing International Drummer Festival Youth Group champion; became the Yamaha drum spokesperson in 2019; the leader of the new generation of domestic drummers, comprehensive skills, like Jazz Funk Fusion and more.
