Not only in Japan, there is also a revival of City Pop in the music of China, South Korea, Southeast Asia and other countries. This kind of music has become a favorite among young people. This new music style skillfully combines black music, synthesizer electronics, R&B, FUNK, JAZZ and DISCO with Japanese songs, and is called Nu-Citypop.
Luuv Label NU-CITYPOP’s third season vol.2 is presented, inviting bands from Japan YOHLU, Sijima, Special Favorite Music, as well as Chinese local Citypop representatives Shu David and CityNaiveteClub.
