Making Dumplings to Celebrate Winter Solstice @ Hanlin Language Center – Shekou

Winter Solstice is coming!! It’s a time for the family to get together.
What is the tradition for this festival? In northern China, Jiaozi (dumplings) is an essential festival meal. Eating Tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) during the Winter Solstice is particularly popular in the south.
If you want to learn how to make dumplings, welcome to join our event. In this event, you will know how to make dough and fillings,and how to make the different shapes of dumplings. Seats are limited, please sign up before 14th December. We are looking forward to meeting you.
