At Heartbreakery Bakery, two French baking masters, Tomma Kami and Emma DJ, will use the 250-degree heat of the dance floor to bake fresh French heartbreak at 160 bpm for you. Kneading crispy beats and varied drum beats into the round and soft bass dough, handsome baker Toma Kami masters the rhythm while also mastering your heart. Using a rough sound cake base with intricate rhythmic fillings, sprinkled with intermittent vocals and uneasy melodies, passionate pastry chef Emma DJ infuses strange sound textures into the cakes, making every bite heart-breaking. They are all unforgettable.
