Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan has introduced a honey-themed afternoon tea of “Let’s Bee Friends” in collaboration with Comvita, the New Zealand manuka honey brand. Guests are cordially invited to explore at The Lounge of Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan until July 31, immersing themselves in the art of nature and purity through sensory exploration and savoring the essence of honey craftsmanship.
The afternoon tea set is a reflection of the beauty of Summer. This unique afternoon tea experience harmoniously blends honey elements by featuring western pastries that capture a naturally fresh flavor. The culinary team from the hotel have crafted over 10 tea treats with 4 types of Comvita honey, including a bee-shaped Honey Lava Tiramisu filled with Comvita clover honey, a colorful tiramisu with yellow and black chocolate with a cocoa aroma, Cinnamon Sea Salt Honey Cake contains three types of Comvita honey with salty flavor, Honey tart with fresh figs mixes sweet and fruit in a tart, has a pinky and fresh-tasting. For savory delights, guests can indulge in the Homemade Beet Salmon with Sour Cream and Comvita Manuka Honey and the Beef Tart with Comvita Manuka Honey mustard sauce. Paired with the lingering taste of a series of refreshing-style honey drinks of alcoholic Bee’s Knees and Honey with Korean Sparkling Rice Wine, non-alcoholic beverages of Honey with Orange and Yakult and Coconut juice with honey and preserved plum.
