Our pizza dough is made with imported wheat, naturally fermented, easier to digest and safer for those who are sensitive to wheat or gluten. Our pizza crusts are hand-rolled on-site and baked in a special kiln to interpret a rich taste. Our tomato sauces are freshly made in the kitchen with Italian peeled tomatoes, and have a balance of sweet and sour, rich and delicate. From extra virgin olive oil to the world-famous mozzarella cheese (buffalo), we strictly select ingredients sourced from all over the world, and only use fresh and high-quality products. Baked directly in a special oven, our pizzas are crispy and taste authentic and rustic .
