Don’t stress if your ideas feel “too out there” or your responses aren’t “polished enough” – this is a space where creativity takes center stage, and every spontaneous thought or playful take is exactly what makes the moment vibrant ✨.

We’re also thrilled to have Jessica to lead the featured workshop How to Relate to Others and Adapt on Teams 🤝:
Jessica is Europe’s Top Female Toastmasters Speaker, a Toastmasters District Champion, and a 5-time Division Winner – plus, she’s a motivational humorist speaker who blends wit and inspiration seamlessly. She’s also a certified Gestalt Psychotherapy therapist and founder of the personal growth platform How2BeYou. Her superpower? Turning the fundamentals of communication and team adaptation into lighthearted, interactive exercises – even the most reserved folks will find themselves opening up naturally and finding their groove in collaboration, all under her guidance.
