The exhibition series “Exhibition of Fine Arts and Documents from the Collection of Shenzhen Art Museum” is organized by the Shenzhen Art Museum and is tentatively scheduled to be exhibited at the new museum from September 30, 2023 to December 30, 2023. The exhibition is one of the opening exhibitions of the Shenzhen Art Museum, planned to be divided into five units: “Story of Spring: Early Collection of Fine Works and Literature of the Shenzhen Art Museum”, “A Broad Journey: National Exhibitions and Overall Collection of the Shenzhen Art Museum”, “Based on the Contemporary and Facing the Future: Building a Contemporary Knowledge Field”, “Standing on the Base and Facing the World: Regional Cultural and Art Research Positions”, and “A Warm Knowledge Space”. The exhibition will combine rich literature with works for comprehensive display, showcasing over 100 types of art works such as traditional Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, sculpture, etc. At the same time, supporting public education activities will be held to construct a unique relationship between urban art museums and the public, exploring the ways and ideas of art museums as urban living rooms to deeply participate in social and cultural life in the future
