The European Chamber invites you to apply for the Gala Award or Sponsor in the European Business in China Award Gala 2022 (Awards Gala), taking place on Oct 14, 2022, in Shenzhen.
| The Award Gala 2022
The European Business in China Award 2022 is to encourage excellence and identify outstanding achievements. The European Chamber wishes to recognize businesses who have made exceptional contributions through their involvement and leadership, and who act as role models in our community, China and Europe.
Every year, the event features a red carpet and networking with like-minded international business executives, media, and European Consulate representatives. It is also a night of luxury dining and an award presentation ceremony to improve brand image and awareness, get more media exposure, and reserve opportunities for potential business cooperation.

| Call for Sponsors
There are 3 sponsorship categories available: Platinum, Gold and Silver.
For instance, the Platinum Sponsorship package (40,000 for members and 50,000 for non-members) will include the following benefits.
- A corporate table of 10 at a VIP position will be offered to sponsor by the European Chamber displaying the sponsor’s logo.
- Media coverage before and after the event. Before the event, the European Chamber will use all online and offline channels to promote this event, on every event promotional material, there will be sponsor name/logo mentioned as Privileged Sponsor.
- Display promotion video during the event (max 5 mins length)
- Sponsor’s promotion material of any kind such as a brochure, USB, discount gifts for golf or hotel will be given to each participating guest in the gift bag.
- Other sponsor’s display during the event , including digital backdrop during the event, Sponsor’s brochures at the registration table, Sponsor’s name mentioned in the welcome speech
- After the event, the thank you email/letter will have sponsor’s logo and name.
- All Gala event pictures can be used by the sponsor for promotion.
