Crosstalk Comedy is Back in Sea World!

TakeOut Comedy is excited to bring back their CROSSTALK COMEDY SHOW featuring Aaron Blake (UK) and Mr. Ryan (USA) on Saturday, April 26^th! Join the fun with a mix of both stand-up and improv comedy for the night!

What is Crosstalk?

Crosstalk 相声 is China’s original performance based comedy that was popularized by locals before stand-up comedy came around. It focuses on two comedians, hitting the stage at the same time, performing parts of stand-up and improv with a focus on crowd interaction. You, as an audience member, are part of the show!

During the first part of this show, each performer will have their stand-up comedy performance on their own. After the break, both comics will go up on stage simultaneously for twice the laughs!

Aaron Blake

Hailing from the UK, specifically Birmingham, Aaron is one of Shenzhen’s regular comedians while also traveling to nearby cities for performing stand-up as well. His comedy travels have also taken him to stages outside of China as well! Though he has been doing comedy for about 3 years, it’s clear he has the enthusiasm and excitement for many more funny years to come. Keep an eye out Aaron Blake!

Mr. Ryan

Though Mr. Ryan is normally hosting comedy shows in and around Shenzhen, this time he will be one of the performers of the evening. Starting comedy back in 2015, Mr. Ryan has been since been focused on organizing and hosting comedy shows in China under the TakeOut Comedy brand. Now’s your chance to see him in action as a stand-up comedian, outside of his usual hosting routine!
