Verb (Literal):to interrupt, cut someone off or interject (even when unwanted, and especially after a few beers!)就像岔巴的释义一样，我们聚在这里就喜欢喝喝啤酒，吹吹牛x。在昆明吃喝玩乐了10年，我们终于决定去酿造一些属于自己的啤酒来兑现当年夸下的誓言。在这开业的10个月内，我们的酿酒师从云南本土文化和当地原材料中汲取灵感，日以继夜的为做出风味独特且回味无穷的啤酒而辛勤劳作。当你路过岔巴的摊位时，不妨来试试我们我们的手艺，顺便聊聊天，扯扯淡。
Just like our namesake suggests, we at Chaba love to drink beer and talk &#%$. After ten years living and drinking in Kunming, we finally decided make beers that could back up all our talk.
Our brewers take their inspiration from local Yunnan culture and surroundings, and since we opened our doors 10 months ago they’ve worked tirelessly to put out creative, flavorful beers infused with local ingredients.
[Collab Brew] 春·光 白IPA
Electric Spring
White IPA我们最新的「春·光」白IPA 是一款和来自云南昆明「岔巴」精酿的合酿啤酒。这款四月在昆明酿造的最新合酿将在本周「岔巴」的酒头接管上首发！白IPA是由比利时小麦和美式IPA结合而来，它的口感平顺，酿造中添加了当地的新鲜柚子皮和果汁，口感上有蜜瓜、胡椒、桃子和芒果的各种层次香气，非常适合炎炎夏日。
Our new Electric Spring Pomelo White IPA is brewed in collaboration with Chaba Brewing of Kunming. We brewed this in Kunming back in April and are excited to release it during the Chaba Brewing Tap Takeover this week. White IPAs are a marriage of a Belgian Wit and an American IPA and perfect for a hot summer day. Electric Spring is smooth and bursting with pomelo from the fresh peel and juice used throughout the brewing process and has layers of melon, pepper, stone fruit, and mango.
