Antigen is set to bring back a familiar face to China in June. DJ Plead, a prominent figure in Australia’s unique music scene in recent years, will be making his way to China. Since his first EP release in 2018, DJ Plead has made a significant impact and garnered widespread recognition. His distinctive production style has captivated audiences worldwide over the past five years, with a series of remarkable releases. Renowned labels such as AD93, Nervous Horizon, and Livity Sound have shown great interest in his work, further establishing his position as a noteworthy artist.
Notably, DJ Plead collaborated with TSVI under the alias Anunaku, delivering an EP that quickly became a dance floor sensation upon its release. This groundbreaking project introduced a refreshing Middle Eastern influence to the world of dance music, attracting DJs from all corners to include it in their sets. For DJ Plead, this will be his first return to China since his highly acclaimed tour in 2018, adding an extra layer of anticipation to the upcoming event.
Joining him on this tour as a special guest is T. Morimoto, another respected figure in the Australian music scene. T. Morimoto is a co-founder of SUMAC, an influential collective that DJ Plead is also a part of. Their collaboration promises to elevate the tour’s energy and showcase the diverse talent within the Australian music community.
