*500 RMB deposit (included in the price) is required upon signing up. The outstanding payment will be collected no later than five days before the trip.

In case of a cancellation, the deposit is not refundable after the 9th of July, unless a replacement is found. 
A MINIMUM of 8 participants is required to organize this trip. Should the trip be canceled due to a low number of participants, changing weather conditions, or other unforeseeable factors, all guests receive a full refund. 

MAXIMUM group size: 24 guests.

Schedule

DAY 1 – July 16th

10:00 – Depart by bus from Guangzhou East 

12:30 – Arrive in Huidong, local lunch 

13:30 – Hotel check-in and free time at the beach

15:00 – Begin the sailing experience 

19:00 – Return to the port, get refreshed and prepare for the bbq dinner

20:30 – BBQ dinner by the beach

DAY 2 – July 17th

Breakfast

Free time to relax at the beach

11:00 – Explore the area on kayaks 

12:30 – Lunch then free time to relax until 5 pm or join an optional four wheeler ride (RMB 200)

17:00 – Check out and depart from the hotel 

19:30 – Arrive in Guangzhou East
